If you have never worked with RCP before, but have an idea for a potential show, we highly recommend you get at least one RCP member on your pitch team. You can contact rcp-eboard@umich.edu and the EBoard will help connect you with potential team members.
OR you can attend our Pitch Workshop on Thursday, September 4th from 6-9PM in East Quad B830 to ask questions about our process and find other people interested in pitching!
Completed pitch document and copy of the script are due to EBoard (rcp-eboard@umich.edu) on Friday, September 19th. On Tuesday, September 23rd at 9:30PM in the East Quad Green Room, teams will have 10 minutes to present their pitch slideshow and have 5 minutes to answer questions. Afterwards, the GBoard will vote on their two favorite pitches.

Frequently Asked Questions
What budget does each show receive?
Each show receives $300 directly from RCP, but most will need more than that. Therefore, it is reccomended for each team to apply for extra grant money.
How many people do you need on the team to pitch?
Full length pitch teams should have at least two people; a director and producer at time of submission. This is the minimum amount required to begin auditions. It is recommended that if you do not have prior RCP experience, you have at least one member on your pitch team.
Where do we perform?
The Keene Theater in the basement of East Quad!
